I workout every alternate day. and i work abs everyday. ab workout consists of crunches, hip thrusts, Leg kick outs and double crunches (20 reps each, 2 sets). problem is that how much ever i do exercises for abs, lower or upper slouches out. I do have a lil bit of fat to burn off.
Can anyone help me out in this regard? i have to reduce love handles too.

dear friend i think you are not spending the good time on treadmill.......to get the good abs first you should have a flat stomach n after having a flat stomach through running, you will be able to get the abs with the help of your mentioned excercises........

for fat loss here's top 5:
veggies
deadlifts
plyometrics
squats
sprints
if you're not doing at least 3 of these than you'll find it hard to lose fat
