How to plan Cardio/Workout?

Post by s0ft0ne »

hi everybody,

How can i plan cardio so i can lose weight. right now i am 6 feel tall and 210p weight.(which is alot).
i do exercise every day(mostly cardio). i run on the tredmill for almost 40 to 45 mins and then some abs exercises and thats pretty much it.
if you guyz guide me how to plan workout that would be amazing.

btw the only control i have to do is on eating(can't stop but try level best :( ..)

well i eat 3 times a day but last meal is the biggest(which suppose to be other wise).

morning = 2 slice of whole weat bread some time (nutella and peanut butter or 2 eggs)

lunch around 2= 12 inch whole weat sub way

dinner around 8= rice & chiken or 1 indian bread(roti) with some sort of spicy curry(back home style).

in between i do cheat once in a while with chocolate bar or ice cream(not every day though).

i used to run for 40 mins. 2 mins jog, 2 mins fast running and 1 min walk.
then i skip ripe for 10 to 15 mins.
then little bit workout for arms and abs. but not that much cuz at that time i get tired.

for last one week i run for 55 mins
20 mins running(slow and fast)
1 min walk
14 mins running
1 min walk
9 min running
1 min walk
10 min running

then little bit abs workout and thats pretty much it.

No cheats like that. Do eat between meals, but get a resonably good Protein and Carb Balance.

So things like Fruit, bit of Veggie, perhaps some Sliced Turkey, Low Fat Yoghurt, and Low Fat Cheese, those sort of things.

30 mins of weightlifting (compound exercise only) followed by 20-30 mins cardio would be a good option too. I feel running 40-45 mins on treadmill is a bit boring and I guess you need a little bit variety in your routine.

you can start with body weight exercise for start like pushups, pullups, squats, burpees etc etc..
for cardio you can switch b/w treadmill / bike or even better you can go outside for running...

A trademark, 0g of fat, 4grams of protein, rest in glucides (carbs) in 100g of yougurt and 50 cals.

This is favorite yougurt :D

I'm confused now. I asked what a yougourth source is, but looking back at the discussion, I can't see any referance to what I asked.

It's like wherever yougourth was mentioned, it's been taken away. I can see where I ask about it, but not where it's been listed by someone else, so now it looks like I asked for no real reason :? .

That's what confused me. You quoted me and added it into quoted response. Neither he nor I brought it up, which is where the confusion started.

Now I can see what happened :P.
