need pro advice!

alright, i am going to stop lifting weights blindly! i want to get slimmer and leaner, i know how much i should lift (2-4 sets of 12 reps w/ a 1 min break.) got that info from another thread. what i need to know is what and when i should lift. i have basic equipment...barbell, dumbells, incline bench w/ sitting leg raising attachment, exercise ball and 8 lb. strength training ball. i need a weekly plan that includes leg, back, bi, tri, chest, shoulder, and ab exercises, along with anything else you think could help.

im , 6 foot 2, 220 lbs. im trying to lose weight to get down to 200 or 190.

secondary questions: what do think of food products such as egg beaters and turkey bacon?

and should i be taking protein powder if i want to get leaner and lose weight?

exercises

cleans, hand cleans, push press
deadlifts, squats, lunges
seated row, db row, bent row
flat bench, incline press, decline flat press
pull up, chin up, body row

search what you don't know.

choose 1 from each section and do 2 - 3 x 8 - 12 of each depending on your current fitness level

from this you could make up 3 routines and do a mon, wed, fri scheduale with sprints 5 x 50 meters on a sat
