alright, i am going to stop lifting weights blindly! i want to get slimmer and leaner, i know how much i should lift (2-4 sets of 12 reps w/ a 1 min break.) got that info from another thread. what i need to know is what and when i should lift. i have basic equipment...barbell, dumbells, incline bench w/ sitting leg raising attachment, exercise ball and 8 lb. strength training ball. i need a weekly plan that includes leg, back, bi, tri, chest, shoulder, and ab exercises, along with anything else you think could help.
im , 6 foot 2, 220 lbs. im trying to lose weight to get down to 200 or 190.
secondary questions: what do think of food products such as egg beaters and turkey bacon?
and should i be taking protein powder if i want to get leaner and lose weight?
