im getting a tredmill in about 1 week and i was wondering how long should i jog for a day. im 5'4 and 125 pounds i want to be 110 or mabye even 105. and i need to diet..at school i eat a turkey sandwhich on hold whear bread and skim milk and so im fine with that but when i get home i just snack and snack and its so hard for me to quit. i either need to tips on how to stop or healthy things to eat!
wts need to be incorporated too if not already...as for food don't stock any crappy wnacks at home so when you do snack there's only healthy options anyway (fruit, veg, nuts are best)...as for cardio search some interval training options for 20mins maximum
sprint or simply increase to very fast mode. You can burn double the calory sprinting then regular jogging. it also help you increase your stamina alott.
