Do any of you have recommendations for apps that you use to workout? Most of the ones I've seen have workouts created by the app instead of by real trainers, so I don't really trust those workouts...
There's the 7 Min. Workout, which is a workout with proven benefits--you can Google it to see the articles. It's just one workout though, not a variety. I use it on days when I don't have much time.
When I get a new phone, I plan to download Craig Ballantyne's app; I think it's called the Bodyweight Workout. ( Unfortunately current, ancient phone isn't compatible.) I have one of his DVDs and like his workouts.
