How old does body look?
I want to tone up body all over so that I can be more firm. I also feel it will make body look more youthful. I'd like to know what type of program would be best for me

Hi Wtgis, nice to speak to you.
The image link doesn't work I'm afraid, but what times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times.
Also do you intend to use a gym, or train at home?

Re: How old does body look?
I would say that regarding the question how old does your body look and judging by the goal you're setting yourself, you're someone in the 35-45 age bracket, but apologies if I have overshot your age a bit.
I don't think your body is in bad shape at all and I think you certainly seem quite young according to how your picture portrays you.
I would like to ask a couple of questions firstly.
What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?
Do you have access to a gym or do you wish to train at home?

Re: How old does body look?
I'm 24 years old. Often people mistake me for being a little older and I thought maybe I had a mature shape.
"What times do you eat at and what foods do you eat at those times?"
I eat at 5:00AM and its usually a blueberry bagel/muffin with some milk or water. Around 10AM-12AM I have some raw tuna with a slice of toast. For snack(around 3PM) I'll have a handful of peanuts or almonds/banana, or even another bagel. Then at 7-8PM I'll have some raw tuna/boiled egg with some toast and milk/water/juice.

That was mistake. I initially thought you might be around that age range, but then I thought as you'd said you wanted your body to look younger, you might be older than I initially thought.wanttogetinshape wrote:I'm 24 years old. I would add another meal in around 7PM-8PM, keep the 10PM meal and then have another around 1PM and move the 3PM meal to 4PM, so you're getting a better meal spacing strategy and more calories, so your diet look a bit low calories.wanttogetinshape wrote:I eat at 5:00AM and its usually a blueberry bagel/muffin with some milk or water. Here are some options you can use, like oat granola's, ham, turkey, beef, pork and chicken from a packet, low fat cheese, nuts, peanuts, fruits including tomatoes and cucumber, vegetables including pineapple, raw carrot and celery sticks, pre-boiled eggs, pre-cooked chicken breast and low fat yoghurt, nuts and peanuts, bread, sandwiches.
Some of these are full snacks, some are partial snacks. You'll probably work out which are which
