here's what i have and i'm doing fat loss at the moment:

1 - weetbix x 6, 300ml skim milk, tbsp brown sugar
2 - apple, 100g mince meat
3 - 1/2 chicken, mash spud x 1, peas and carrots
train
4 - 30g whey in water, rice bubbles, 300ml milk, tbsp brown sugar
5 - beef burger patty, 1cp veg
6 - 100g chicken, 1cp veg, 200g yoghurt
7 - fish, low carb ice cream and topping

* depending what time i get up (some days i'm up at 4:30am) i'd hav that otherwise i'd have 1 less meal (5 or 6 usually) and no post meal on off days

answer to your question: no

focus on cerials, bread, rice and pasta with 50g protein with every meal...take out nutri bar things they're no good either

I am finding it very hard to stick to a proper eating plan, due to being out of the house at 7:30am every day and not getting back home till 7-8 at night due to work commitments.

How would you suggest i arrange meals?? Time wise and also do you have any ideas for meals as i am a slightly fussy eater and struggle to find good food that i like.

i'm fussy too i eat the same thing everyday...it's all about preperation...do a big sunday cook of chicken breasts, casselroes, stews whatever and take them with you...hopefully you work with a microwave...structure it around mine i supoose...protein and fruit for 1st half of meals and protein and veg for the second half...if your trying to bulk probably only have veg with last 2 meals and have more rice, pasta with 2 meals before that so 2 fruit, 1 pasta, 1 rice and 2 veg...all with protein...doesn't really matter what order for the 1st 4 but the way it's put is probably best
