I read your forum posts and I see a lot of time you guys talking about overtraining. I would like to know if there's a limit of day a week you can train or If it depend on your nutrition etc.
Because Swanso as already gave me a really nice workout plan, tough i'm a pig head ( I never change idea on something I belive) , so on the day off that he gaves me, I do biceps curls + abs ...
workout a
squats 3 x 6
stiff legged deadlifts 3 x 12
seated row alternated with bench press 3 x 8
face pulls alternated with pull ups/downs 3 x 12
free time
workout b
cleans 3 x 5 moderate wt focusing focusing on technique and speed
deads 4 x 6
lunges 3 x 12 each leg
db row alternated with db incline press 3 x 10
free time
week will look like this:
mon - workout a
tue - interval cardio 20mins alternating 1min easy/1min hard + Biceps & abs
wed - workout b
thu - sprints - 2 - 4 x 400 + Biceps and abs
fri - workout a
sat - sprints - 5 - 10 x 50 Biceps and abs
sun - off Triceps + forearms
Over training or not? i'M not sure cause I feel that i'm able to do it quite "easily" but do you tihnk I should stick with what swanso gaves me first :

Overtraining ?

i agree with swanso i beleive he's the best goin 'round...
his reasons would be that you don't even have a day off and that you should put maximum effort into the sessions that he suggested...
the point of training is not to induce fatigue but manage it or you will overtrain...
heavy lifting stresses the nervous system and sprints stress it even more if in fact you are sprinting...this can take 48hrs to recover from which is where the overtraining will come from as muscles recover faster so you think you've recovered and doing it easy but in a few weeks you're performance will decline...
that's what he told me the other day anyway...
