How many days a week and how long do you do Cardio?

I like to do 30 minutes after strength workouts. I usually jog 10 minutes then walk 5, then jog another 10. Or, I will do some jump rope which really gets the sweat going! I stick to about 4-5 of 30min cardio per week. This helps me to keep the fat down. It depends on your body type if you are an endomorph like me, then you will probably need to do more cardio to keep lean.
