I found out I was a mesomorph but I don't know what to do right now so I was hoping that you could provide me with a program that could help me in achieving goal. please help me! I am looking for a home based workout Sir. I've read that Calisthenics workout is good if you're at home since you're using your own body weight. Can you recommend a program for me? Thanks a lot

Yes, I can give you something that I think should work adequately for you.

Squats, 2 sets 10 reps

Lunges, 2 sets 10 reps

Good mornings, 2 sets 10 reps

Bent over rows, 2 sets 10 reps

Vertical flyes, 2 sets 10 reps

Shoulder press, 2 sets 10 reps

Planks 30-45 seconds

You would do this 3x a week every other day.
