Shoulders

Post by jdx1589 »

I have a broad chest but not very strong shoulders. It seems like no matter how much i work them out, they wont move. Ive been doing the same weights and sets for a while now. Anyway to this>?

decrease benching vol and change your workout...with your arm thing though i would focus on that first while focusing on shoulders a little as well...what deltoid heads are lacking with your shoulders (front, side, rear)?

front is probably strongest, since i bench a lot and they aid in that. then i would say that the middle are weaker, and finally, the rear, i have no rear, i try to work them and it doesn nothing.

How about some over head presses with dumbbells and barbell? That should help - it sure helped me. And for the rear, I practically only did this one, and people said shoulders widened:

decrease the wt if you can't balance...make sure to keep elbows right back for shoulders presses and don't let them move in front or the rear delt won't get any stimulation at all
