Hey guys!
Can anyone give me an example of a diet to mostly lose fat and body weight but also get lean and build/tone muscle?
I train pretty much everyday hi intensity doing thai boxing and gym training but nutrition is the only thing im not good with!
Im just a piggy when it comes to food and i really need some good advices with a plan!
I need something that isnt too boring either and i can make easily.
I dont mind making stuffs as long as it isnt too hard.
What type of meat and veggies do u recommend and what do you not recommend? how would u cook it and with what herbs etc ?
Also do you guys have any recommendation when it comes to proteins powder? Any brand that you know works really good to help lose weight and build muscle?

Protein powders are best in belief, when you buy a basic whey or soy one with carbs and about 5-6 ingredients. Avoid the hyped up expensive ones with loads of ingredients, because if they could help people achieve things physically, that previously were only possible with steroids and / or hormones, they would be pretty special, but they don't allow you to achieve such things, I don't think.
However I would hold off for now, as training and diet are more key to your goals than a protein powder. A powder would be better when you have those other two things in an establised regime and helping to produced some biological groundwork.
