Ready for a change
Hello, I am new here and thought this would be a great place to get some info, meet new people with the same goals and log progress. I was a fit person and it has been too long since i gained weight. I need to take it off and become healthy and fit again. I can see if I dont i will start to have health issues becasue of this weight I am lugging around. I already have early signs of problems that can be reversed if I get on the right track.

This morning I have decided to at least practice moderation when it comes to diet. i have lost weight before just to regain. I went to strict with the diet and feel off the wagon.

You came to the right place. Here you can get lots of information to mention your health and you can share and gain some knowledge through this. By following some wonderful tips you can easily lose your weight. “Love Your Weight Loss” works because it doesn't take a “one size fits all” approach. But in reality, the only expert you need to lose weight is yourself! You're the only expert on your own life, and on what weight loss strategies work for you on a practical, physical, and psychological level. You just need a little help to unleash the weight loss genius within!

Thanks everyone. I am so busy but need to get on here everyday and I want to start a journal. Is there a place to do that here? I just hopped on here quick before I go back to work. Thanks so much for the encouragement. I have been trying to listen to body. It is telling me "I AM HUNGRY" So although I am eating enough calories I believe I am deficient in something body is needing to be healthy. Not sure if it is protein or some nutrients. I started taking a multi vitamin and trying to focus on high nutrient foods now. I just am not sure about the protein thing. I read conflicting opinions. I don't want to increase if it will be hard on kidneys but I don't want to hold back if body is craving more to support me and build or maintain muscle. Hoping to find some answers and opinions from others on here with the experience.
