What foods do you currently eat and what times do you eat them?

Well I'm cutting down the carbs and not eating processed sweet or fatty foods. Eating mainly meat with veg. As for times of eating, just the usual. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Does that make a difference?

What I'm basically getting at is what food choices with which meals, so effectively I'm looking for a typical days eating, listed like a journal or a restaurant menu, just because meat with a veg and 3 meals, is bit vague and i'm struggling to fully understand how you're working it.
