Weird heart beat

Since I've been really tired lately. Even if i don't put in effort in anything I do, ex: like walking up the stairs, heart beats really strong and fast, although...im walking slowly and not putting any effort...i don't know why...

Today, I really do wanna skip muscle training, cause I can barely walk up the stairs..I'll workout for muscles? body tells me, take a day off.

When was the last time you were at the doc for a check up? Might be time to book an appointment.

Last time, was last agust I saw a doctor.
And it wasn't a full sort of check up, they just took blood from me, and some basics stuff.

I don't know, i think it's just cause I'm tired, but does that happen to anyone else, when they're tired?!

i get tired but not can't walk tired...probably a doctor's appointment would be good for you

You could be slightly anemic which is common. A check up with your will help determine this.

But ive been like this for so long. and when they did a blood test less than a year (whereas i had zero nutrition, not healtht eating, or not eating at all), and when i asked them abt resutls, they told me: if there was something, we would have told you....and now food is healthy, im eating actual food, not just junk food, and im still tired, in a dizzy way,m most of the time. Okay, these few days, its because of sleep.

but the heartbeat thing, happens sometimes, not always...its useless to talk to parents, everytime i tell 'em sth, they dont really pay attention...ull ask me, why dont u go ahead and do it urself, cuz it's not as simple as that...

Then just make sure you're getting enough iron in your diet. Women especially (even when eating properly) can easily become iron deficient which is called anemia. It can be easily prevented with a good multivitamin. If you're not taking one yet see if you can get one. A liquid supplement would be best as it's absorbed the best by your body.

Iron sources include, Cereals, Liver, Spinich, Red Meat.

Wel, o nly eat cereal out of the choices above...

Yeah, I think it's iron, i always had an iron problem since i was a kid.
