Newbie
Hello im new here and ive been looking at exersises and stretches for a bit but im having trouble puting them into a routine. I losing weight is biggest concern and then building up muscle and toneing it, i also want to become more flexible. I have a bench, a bunch of free weights, and a stair stepper. Im not looking to spend any more money on equipment. It would be a great help if someone could help me work out a routine for myself. Thanks
