hi im sure im not the only person in this situation but i cant afford to keep buying protein supplements, anyone got any homemade shakes or recipies packed full of protein that i can try out?

since posting ive recently found a recipe for a protein shake which provides a fair amount of protein above 35g infact.
Dried skimmed milk
mixed with either milk or water
add in one egg another egg white (raw)
and then add flavouring accourding to your own tatse,
dosent taste that great but if you put it in the fridge for a while its pretty nice, and it only costs like £3 to £4 for a weeks supply working on one shake a day.
