I usually add about a half of a scoop or so. I wouldn't add brown sugar as there isn't any nutritional value in sugar, its just empty calories. Have you tried cinnamon? How much whey protein would you reccomend? I try to keep it for post work out but if it can aide in making oatmeal edible then I am all for it! Also, what about brown sugar?
