I injured right rotator a few months ago ,,I need to rest chest but I dont wanna loose any hard earned muscle in the process, I think i should cut form 12 sets a week to 6 sets a week for chest, also with high reps light weights. Thnks swanso5 I'm glad about the old chuck taylor's as is favourite shoeware of all times!... perhaps is bcos flat foot rests nicely in it. I found it!... I will give it a go it looks like a lot of fun ...lately I have been doing weighted bench dips and is such a good feeling!... i will introduce this bodyweight triceps extension to alternate with the bench dip every few weeks

thnx swansow5 From next year I will include deloading weeks to c how it goes . On another note: right shoulder is still tender ....it has been a month now without doing chest properly!...I like the close grip for triceps but Im not using it rite now ...any triceps move that wont compromised shoulder...

I did some Romanian yesterday with BB ...it felt okish but not yet there ...I guess there are not shortcuts i just have to keep trying it until I get the cookie!

Hi Thnks for the advice ...Im a bit confused regarding calves training,,, r we saying that it's not point in doing calves exercises?...I have to use wisely the little time I have to go to the gym dont wanna be doing something if it's gonna waste time I'm quite happy with quads ,,,it's hams and calve...

Flat Foot and calves exercises

Hi

I'm flat footed and thus when I try to train calves i always find the flat of foot hurting before I can give calves a good hitting..that's the reason why I stay away form calves exercises, foot base gives out before calves ;(

what should i do?

RUMANIAN DL

Hi

I want to work hams and i try to do it with the rumanian deadlift but everytime i end up working lower back

Nothin wrong with workin lower back the dl feels really good,, i, is the most enjoyable exercise for me but the rumanian i still can't get it to target hams

wot am i doin wrong?

wot's the story with the deloadin weeks?.. I have only been training hard and seriously for 6 months so I have always just keep addin and addin weight whenever i can cos i think i'm a newbie and not need to deload yet

i mite be wrong,,,how does it work?
