Warm up, (about 10 minutes),
Weight train (about 40 minutes),
Then finish with Cardio (about 25 minutes)
Every other day.
Any thoughts?

One side of chest larger!!
I'm kind of new to all this, and am not sure what is the best way to go about balancing the difference in size between chest sides. One side (pec) is a bit larger than the other.
