You have to do an x-ray for the bone and check ur physician... then whenever feel the pain stop or reduce the intensity, u have to feel comfy while u r workoing out... pain is an indication for trouble.... dont ignore it... i ignored the pain in knees and thought that it was normal but turns to be n...
