I don't really have a consistent food time and type, changes all the time usually it's nothing then 1 big meal.
I work at sea so it's virtually impossible to have a regular diet

2 years ago I was 15.5 stone 6-0ft and fat, however cardio wise I was still fit, 5k in 24mins twice a weak, 90mins CM footy twice a week with some gruelling high standard badminton matches (don't laugh it's superb cardio!)
