yeap i can definitely see muscles and from what you've said, it looks like i am going to need alot more protein. although about the rest part, would you say a day's rest like i currently have in schedule is enough for me? or should i modify schedule?

Does anyone know what is the best time of day to exercise or workout? i know some who exercise in the mornings before work and there are those that workout after work..i'd just like to know which is the best time of day to get the most effective workout? possibly before sleeping? after dinner? befor...

I dont actually follow a routine but..I devote around an hour to exercising. Within that hour I usually do 150 normal push ups, 50 declining push ups, 80 sit ups, and a 15 minute run. Then every consequent hour I do 30 push ups throughout the day. At night, I do another 100 push ups and 30 sit ups. ...
