WELCOME!!! It is HARD to stay at 15% body fat, especially for a 52 year old! Wow you look great! I have a body fat of 30% (may be less since I lost some weight after that finding) and I can't imagine how much work it is to be 15% or even 20%. It’s so good to see at any age you can still look healthy...

I usually drink the wrey protein with milk right after workout (It takes 15min to get from gym to place). Before using milk I did try the water. It just so happen that one day I tried it with 2% milk and found it tasted a lot better. I will go ahead and revert back to drinking it with water. Thanks ...

Is it bad to mix the whey protein with milk? I don't really like the taste with just plain water... so for the past three days I mixed it with 2% milk.
