does that put you against full body then Boss ? or just that mixing it up and doing splits for a while and f/b for a while is a good thing?

w/o partner was against it, I sent him a few reads that I did about it and also links to changing up your routine and suck.. he hasn't changed up in like 4 months so he agreed it was time.. were gonna do fulls for like 3 months then splits, then back and so on ...

I'm looking forward to it, also I read that muscle recovery is faster as your not bringing them to a full fatigue. I like the thought of that as I have been very sore

new weight !

Hi all, since last week I am down a pound but I feel alot stronger from a good week of lifting and cardio. Next week gym partner and I are going full body and I'm hoping you guys are right (from what I read you are) I'm at 174 now... down from 179 three weeks ago... good pace for loss and great work...

Thanks, I figured it's got alot of protein and wheat rocks.. I'm gonna ask for extra lettuce tom and onion on the side and I have to have bbq sauce.. the stuff is like crack for me ! but I'll go light

quick question, need info asap if not sooner !

no packed lunch today, I was running late on way to the gym... I have to go our for lunch...

I'm thinking crilled chicken sandwich with bbq sauce and swiss ... lettuce tom onion.. on a wheat roll ... good bad or ugly ?

182kg, thats like 400lbs !! GREAT JOB !! I'm new here so I don't know how to tweat what your eating or working out but I know thier going to tell you not to forget working out the legs !! down 14kg (like 30lbs) in 5 weeks is alot, too much I think... make sure you do it right and it will stay off.. ...

I do get the idea ;) walking is good, stretching is good, it's all good... but the stair monster is out to get me ...

I think splitting it up to start is better for me I got a good stretch in after we were done then again this morning

I went with buddy so I would be more comfy using free weights and DAMN ! the help of a friend with motivation and support is the best !
