I think this post would fit better into the 'Rants and Raves' section of Craigslist, and not in a strength training forum.
Just saying, dude.

Re: lifting weights and losing weight
Jesav - Just something to consider... Several months back I wanted to lose weight, but only option was cardio because I had several ripped tendons in shoulders and radius/ulna joints were pretty thrashed from an accident. Like you, I hated being limited to just cardio exercises. To be honest, I wasn...

Re: **Best Time To Take A Protein Shake???**
I know what you mean, there is no full proof, undeniable answer to this question. I assume you're taking whey, so here's what seems to work the best for me, not only for gains, but also digestive toleration and balance ( shakes have about 30 grams of protein): Shake (30 grams) 1 hour after breakfast...

Re: Weight Gain and Cardio?
The key is in fact to increase calorie consumption, but you should get it from good sources. I disagree with Packard on getting added calories from sweets, ice cream, etc. Those are, for the most part, empty calories. They may pack on lbs., but those lbs. are the result of sugars turning into a fatt...

Re: IM NEWW PLEASE HELP :)
Bossman hit the nail on the head with the routine. Your diet, however, will also need to have consistency and routine. Give us an example of a day's diet, and perhaps we can suggest alternatives. Three things I can tell you to do diet-wise that will enhance your training efforts are: 1. Drink a LOT ...

Either way, cardio is never a bad idea.

Les, do me a favor and don't pick the Dodgers!
That's really awesome about your internship endeavor. Best of luck, and don't ever say you don't have a chance!

Haha, OK good. I thought maybe you didn't have a sense of humor or just didn't get it.
But yes, sports nutrition has become a bit of a side interest for me these last few months. And I love Major League Baseball. Go Dodgers!

Re: MRI's CE2 HI-DEF and NO2 BLACK Stack
I guess maybe I did come off a bit salesman-ish. Believe me, MRI did not pay me for this contribution. I completely agree with you about the novice mistakes. Usually it is just a diet or training issue that causes plateaus or lulls in progression. After I finish these products, I'm probably go...

Hi Les. No, why?
Cool article, Smerdons. Though, maybe they should go back to what they were doing. Doesn't seem to have helped them much this year.

Re: hey i need some help regarding diet..
I assume you mean you want a leaner overall body composition and you are not aiming for weight gain or loss, necessarily. 1. You should aim at about 2400-2800 calories per day with a 30/40/30 ratio (Carbs/Protein/Fat). 2. Plan to have 6 smaller meals a day, never allowing more than 3 hours to go by ...

Re: MRI's CE2 HI-DEF and NO2 BLACK Stack
Boss Man - I appreciate your input, though I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or pragmatic. When researching supplements, you'll always notice in discussion forums an overwhelming amount of 'don't waste your money on this' , or, 'don't waste your money on that'. It's pretty annoying and aggravat...

MRI's CE2 HI-DEF and NO2 BLACK Stack
Before I get started with this thread, let me give you a background... I had been out of the gym for about a year due to a pretty serious injury. During that time I gained quite a bit of (bad) weight. When I was finally able to start physical therapy, I did a lot of jogging, biking, and extensive us...
