True, what are some good high protein foods that i should take in everyday, and after long hard workouts?

I'm doing a lot of cardio and running to get back into shape and be conditioned for tryouts.

So what steps should i take if i want to run and stay in shape but build up as well?

Low weight - or easier weight that you can handle
and do high rep's..

Primarily 12 to 15 reps per set.
