How much protein in a shake
currently I only drink 1 protein shake a day, that is after i work out. I take a thing called "muscle milk" its 50g of protein in it. I was just wonder what everyone else used and how much protein they take, and if u think i should be drinking it more then once a day. Since im only 116lbs,...

yup
well im also pretty slim myself how many sets should i do? i do 3 sets per machine how many reps should i do? i do 10 reps or atleast 8 how long a break should i take between sets? i usally take about a min to a min and a half break and how many areas should i work on per session? i work on 2 per se...
