Thanks for you replys, sorry i was not clear. Protein shakes i take are as snacks between meals. I know you are suppose to eat small every 2/3hrs but in job that is not at all possible. I tend to eat pre-workouts either pasta, chicken and veg, baked potato and tuna something along those lines. I nor...
