on off day which is Wednesday I've been going to a 45 minute spin class should i cut it out and just rest or should i keep it up for fat lost

try this for size: with your top off, or mid drift showing, speint on the spot as fast and as hard as you can...do front on to a mirror and look at the abs working (if you're lean enough for it to show) this shows how useless cruches are for abs do deads, squats, lunges, shoulder pressess, sprints ...

ok i went with the one that swanso5 hooked me up with and man that was a good work out i have a partner that works out with me and we managed to finish in 50 minutes and i did 30 3 count mountain climbers at the end. workout 1 dead lift variations - REGULAR, SNATCH GRIP DEAD LIFTS, RACK PULLD FROM ...

3 time a week, every other day ... I need a upper/lower split

I will be working out Monday tuesday thursday friday.


i was told that method of body part splitting wasn't doing anything for me as to build lean muscle and burn fat Tone up.
