Eating right to build muscle
I do a lot of cardio and I'm almost happy with figure, I'm still hoping to loose another inch or so around midsection and more importantly gain some muscle tone. question is how important is it to eat every 3 hrs. and to have protein at every meal in order to see some muscle definition?
