hey swanso5, how do you train hypertrophy from strength training. i thought hypertrophy was the muscle getting literary bigger. could you explain the difference and how you would you train different

hello im currently a full time student and i don't have time to eat healthy it seams. I know i should pack a lunch/breakfast instead of eating at the unhealthy cafeteria food which fries everything.I workout in the very early am and i dont want to sacirfice protein for a less fat diet. confused about glycogen? protein BEFORE workout ?

can somebody please educate me about the glycogen levels and why i need to replace them after i workout. For years i have been taking only protein after workouts because i know the body needs that to build muscle but why do i need to take sugar. 2nd question why do i need to take protein BEFORE work...

well monday is leg day, tues= chest i start with incline then decline the flat bench then i do some flys i use all dumbells and i did do 3 sets of 8rep, 6 rep, then 4 bbut now reading all this good advise i will start doing singles

i currently bench ONLY 285 lbs and i weight 230 lbs i have been working out for years i do 3 sets of 8 reps then 6 reps then 4 reps (heavy weight) i switch up the route from dumbbells to bar bells normal chest routine is incline decline then flat then machine flys and i am STILL stuck at only 285 i ...

i am taking testosterone inhansers , and i know i am suppose to take anti estrogen pills to avoid gynocomplasia but am i suppose to take the anti estrogen pills after cycle of tokyo trenn (testosterone inhancer) or do i take them during cycle
