hey hey sorry for the late, rreally really late reply but i was busy training and stuff!


i've lost 6 pounds so far in 2 weeks, maybe more im not sure cos i built up muscles too.

im really happy with progress so far, so thanks for the help guys!

oh nice i love water! So thats not a problem :D But i dont drink as much as you, about 3 to 4L a day maybe? nice with the diet! Do you come up with your own diet plans? Or do you follow some of the tips in the sticky thread for diet/nutrition? Yeah i agree, i think exercising part isnt too bad, but ...

wow awesome info gut_to_cut! thats good knowledge appreciate it :D i have not much problems with weights training, tho i havent done any in 2 weeks cos i was on vacation. Thanks, i shall work on a more overall training regime. Whoo!!! P.S. 14.5 lbs is a hella weight to lose in one month! Good job!

nope im not a runner in the past, but i feel that 10.5 is just right for me,not too fast or not too slow so im sticking to it :)

so now i'll be running more and doing more compounds, thanks again, appreciate it.

and yes, RAW IS JERICHO!!!!

Hi guys, im new to the forum but isnt by any means new to the website, ive been reading the forums for a pretty long time.
