This all sounds pretty serious, should I stop weight training until I get hips figured out? I have been working out every week for about 4 weeks now, i just joined this site in desperate need of diet advice, and since i am on the subject, the only time i have available to train is between 10:00 p.m....

Well i wasnt this badly out of shape in may, sitting out since our national championship game and doing absolutely nothing after working out consistently for the two seasons played at essex definitely did not help.
