Do a set of both of them, they will work different aspects of the muscles you are trying to strengthen. Thanks I like this idea I've decided to do a couple sets of each using a bench that I can lower incrementally until I can do a regular good form push up http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/7/7_5...

Thanks Sarah 8) I think workout is pretty challenging on cardio days I do 30 min of interval training on the elliptical then either 30 min of low-intensity aerobics or 30 min interval training on a stationary bike. Hi - exercise routine is cardio 3x week and weights 3x week. One of cardio workouts is low-impact aerobics that incorporates light 2-5 lbs weights.
