body fat... how to lose it?
Alright I was wonderin how to lose the 12lbs of body fat i have. I heard that strength training was the best way to do it along with 30-40 mins of cardio 3-4 times a week. I'm 6'3" and just over 190 and i train 5-6 days a week rotating lifts and exercises often changin them up so not to plateau...
