I finished Waterbury Method, should I switch to another one?

Hello, The program is set up for 4 weeks. After the 4th week do I need to switch to another routine or can I continue using this? If so, do I change any parameters or just keep increasing the weight? If you have any program in your mind pls don't hesitate to post it here. However, I'm just a beginne...
