I wouldn't worry about that. When you get to the stage in your life where you have a bald patch and some grey hair, it wouldn't matter what muscle mass you had, as I think most people would cotton on by then that you weren't as youthful as they'd once believed :P.

Muscle mass is still good though nonetheless.

Lose the sets of 20, keep it in either 4 - 8 for strength or 8 - 12 for hypertrophy ..as for chin ups, pull ups try sets of 5 if you can do them properly then do more.If you don't already have some upper body strength dips wouldn't be choice to begin with, the chin ups & pull ups will recruit the triceps & biceps, do those before isolating with bicep curls, if you feel you must do bicep curls..mine are big & I don't do any, if I ever do its ONCE a week..on light weight day.If you must keep leg curls then do so, but the leg extensions, not necessary, what are leg raises ? Oh & do the dead lifts, they are for the spine, without a strong spine, you will not achieve much in all other areas of the body, they all link up to form a complete working machine.

Yes start them immediately 2 x per week preferably if you are doing weights, you could do them say, monday & fridays.I don't think calf raises are necessary, they will get worked through squats, dead lifts & the leg curls.Don't follow that dead lifts standard table, try the bar alone first.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cs-wOHN5tdw" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

and the person in the video is doing the right technique?
and how many reps and sets?

I will start this from tomorrow

Yes that is a good example & no you do not need a back support.Make sure it is light enough to lift comfortably & complete the entire range of motion he is doing, do notice one of his hands is facing forward & one is away from him.The first week I'd like you to try 1 set of 5 ..twice in the week.Week two, do 2 - 3 sets of 5.Try to split them up as I indicated previously, example..monday & friday.Good luck & you will learn to love these, they feel great.

Are there double sided cable pulley machines in your gym, there will be hand grips on top of those for pull ups.
