Hi All,
Saturday and Sunday I got out each day for a walk in the evening. It has been a busy weekend getting things done to send the kiddos back to school. I didn't get into the stores early enough so a lot of stuff was gone or picked over. Luckily we reuse a lot of school supplies if they are in decent shape. We are having a cool day with showers so hoping to do some food prep for the week today.

Well the first week is September is always a busy one for us.
Let me see Tuesday to Friday this week I have walked to work and home again. I got extra walks in on Wednesday and Tuesday too.
boys are back in school and I think that is going well.
I took lunch all week and I am watching what I eat. One step at a time!!

Monday Sept 9 - two 20 minute walks, one 30 minute walk, 1 hour yoga

Time is still flying by.
Oct 1-9 on week days I am still walking to work two 20 minute walks. Missed yoga last Monday.
weight is feeling like it is back to normal. I am thinking about adding more in to start toning those muscles. I just have no idea when I would do that. LOL!

Hi All!
I am creating a really good habit walking to work every day. It is great physically and mentally for me. I am getting to yoga class once a week on Mondays. I am really enjoying that as well. I have been making healthy lunches for myself to eat for the week. So in all I am doing best to stay on track. I hope everyone is doing well.

Chris I apologize for not coming here for so long....lots of doctor appointments and other stuff going on. I know no excuse so please accept apologies.
Looks like you are doing great with the walking and keep up the great work and hope your Halloween Day is going well and the kids have a good haul tonight too.
