Muscle cramping is caused by a few different things: Dehydration, lack of oxygen in muscles and not enough stretching. yeah I did a lot of research on this because I bought different products and the one this they have in common is application. Rub and massage the tight skin but vitamin e does help repair skin cells and moisturizes.
